What to wear during your boudoir session
There are many different looks that can be achieved in boudoir photography, so how do you decide which style is for you? First you must consider your personal style (modest, classic, glamorous, sexy, etc) and then let your imagination run wild.
-Lingerie
Select lingerie that suits your body type, for assistance with this I recommend visiting your local lingerie store to try things on and get a feel for what works for you. A classic look that looks flattering on every body type is a body suit. A matching bra and panty set always looks beautiful. Find a set with matching garters? Even better! Choose colors that compliment your skin tone, don't be afraid of bright colors either! Black always looks lovely, but so can a bright red, blue or even yellow depending on the undertones in your skin.
-Your partner’s button up shirt
Always a classic look, and your partner is bound to appreciate seeing you wrapped up in it.
-Cocktail dresses/mini skirts
A great way to warm up during your session and get primed to share social media images!
-Oversized sweater and panties
An oversized sweater can be very "girl-next-door" sexy!
-Silky robe
A great addition to your lingerie that can add some depth and mystery to your images.
-Corset
A great way to hide "problem" areas and emphasize the chest.
-Whatever YOU feel sexy in
